Well I have an interview right by the Publix on E. Brainerd at 2pm today. So if I'm not as nervous as a bald cat in a bird house, I'm gonna treat myself to a few. Fingers crossed!

Well, Publix doesn't give out the recipe, but they sold me a bag of the Legg's Seasoning Item #22230 Mardi Gras Wing Seasoning.
Mixed a few tablespoons w/ real butter and brushed the heck out of some skinless chicken thighs. They were FANTASTIC!
I will crave no more, just make batch after batch after batch!!!!!
